So here is a quick overview of what life has been like.
Not only am I 60 days from D-day---but it also happens to be 60 days from my 30th birthday which I have decided I will celebrate MAJORLY next year. There is no way I want to ring in my 30th year as a big preggo or as a sleepless new mother of 2.--Anyway---other stuff that's new:
My brother-in-law is getting married in 30 days. It's of course a very busy and exciting time for the Isai's--Charlotte will be the flower girl--so obviously I'm super excited to see my little pumpkin take on that role (I'm such a performer!) Hmmm...let's see...what else...
My dad's birthday is this weekend, I have 2 baby showers the following 2 weekends, then we have family coming in for the wedding, then we have the wedding, then we have 4th of July...and then BAM I'm a mother of two. I'm hyperventilating just thinking of it.
I have so much to get done. I swore that whatever I did for Charlotte I would do for baby Ace. (No that's not his name---just a nickname) So that means, his room needs to be ready before he arrives, not because he'll need it right away or he'll know that I didn't have it ready, but because I promised I would not give him second rate treatment. It's my issue. So let me have it. I also have been working on his baby book just as I did with Charlotte. The one thing that has truly suffered is the blog and really--that's not the worst thing in the world. I will have to come up with a new name and look for our blog--its' only fair that I change it to reflect both of my blessings.
So what else...Oh yeah I got to go to Glen Ivy on Monday for the whole day with 3 dear friends. It was my mother's day present and it was so amazing to just sit and chat and not worry about anything except having fun and relaxing.
