I'm thankful for...

T--Things. Let's face it folks---we all have a lot of "things" that most people do without.
H--Health. There are no words to express enough thanks for my healthy and happy family.
A--Adversity. Yes, I'm even thankful for the trials and hardships. There is a purpose for all of it.
N--New role of motherhood. I am so grateful for little Charlotte. She's my favorite baby!
K--Kin. I have the greatest family in the world. I'm thankful for each of them.
S--Salvation. Truly the best gift I've ever received.
G--Grandparents--I'm thankful that Charlotte has 2 sets of grandparents that help us out!
I--Interests. It's nice to have hobbies.
V--Very good friends. I have the best friends ever!
I--Instructions. I'm thankful for the Bible's instructions, owners manuals, rules--any & all kinds.
N--Nice things people do for me. There are too many to list but I'm grateful for all of them.
G--God's mercy and patience with me. Enough said!

Happy 6th Anniversary!

It's been 6 amazing and wonderful years for the Isai's. On November 2nd, 2002 Raresh and I exchanged vows in front of God, our wonderful Creator and Father, and in front of our dear family and friends and promised to love, honor, and respect one another til death do us part. Raresh, honey, thank you for an amazing life together and for being a wonderful husband and now father! I didn't think it was possible but I love you more and more with each day that passes.
Just think...in 6 years we moved 2 times, traveled quite a bit, and most importantly had our precious little daughter.

We went out to a lovely dinner on Sunday night at the Chart House in Newport Beach. It was so beautiful and so yummy!
While we were enjoying dinner and wonderful conversation and adult time---Charlotte was break dancing at home with Auntie Rachel! Silly girl

Dress up Days

I'm not a big Halloween person. Never have been. Yeah, I'll occasionally attend a party or get creative but I wasn't very interested in spending money on a Halloween costume for Charlotte. Instead, I decided we would play dress up on October 31st and see how creative Mama Linda can get with costume ideas. Here was the result.

Around 10am--we dressed up as a bride...

Yes, she's barefoot---she must plan on getting married at the beach!

Around 11:00ish she was a movie star...--not quite sure which movie star--but none the less---doesn't she look like a star?!

Then around 5:00pm she was a cowboy--yes a cowBOY not a cowgirl---cause without her jean skirt she definitely looked like Charlie--not Charlotte. Here we are attending another
Fall Fest at a church in Yorba Linda. We went with the Heapy family and had so much fun.

and then at the end of it all ---we called it a night. Good night everyone!
