Camping at Canyon Lake, Az.

This past weekend the Isai's headed to Arizona to camp with some of Raresh's buddies from the base. It was a blast. It was actually way to short. I can't believe I was ready for more---considering the bathrooms were outhouses and the showers were miles away. But the 3 days and 2 nights we were there was loads of fun.

Here are a few pictures.
Our home away from home. (Master bedroom and nursery)

Feeding the ducks with my precious baby.

New day...new outfit.

Oooo how fun...I get to ride in the boat!Playing in the tent. All packed up and ready to leave. Stopped at a cute little ghost town. The Isai's

On our way home...dirty...tired...and still smiling.
Now for some random memories about Charlotte.

Whenever she sees Auntie Rachel she starts doing Patty Cake. This is something Auntie Rachel does with her quite often and now...Charlotte immediately starts clapping her hands when she sees Rachel.
She also calls Rachel Bubbles...because she always blows bubbles with her gum. We really think, Charlotte thinks that's Rachel's name.
She learned out to "blow it up" this past weekend. Basically...when someone gives her high five she does it. Now..when you show her a fist...she makes a fist and hits your fist. I'll get a video soon.
She randomly yells..."Coo Coo"
She loves to get people to chase her.
Oh my little pumpkin...she's so much fun!

First Haircut

So little Charlie needed her bands cut. Here is a quick video of Auntie Jo trimming her bangs.

The best part of the video is the fact that my nephew Ryan---just loves cameras and was dying to perform. So after Joanne tells him no, he still manages to find a way to say what he needs to say.

Funny.

Here she is admiring her new "look"

Labor Day weekend fun

I had 4 days off for Labor Day. It was soooo nice. Friday was the only day that Raresh had off---so we packed up the kiddo and went to Temecula. It was a very short trip but it was just what I needed. A nice drive with my favorite husband and daughter!

Later that night I met the gals for BUNCO (New Orleans style) and I won 35 bucks for most games won! Woo hoo!

The rest of the weekend Raresh had to work...so as always...I stayed busy. On Saturday, we went to my mom's house for some family time. We had some cousins visiting from Canada. I got a few shots of Charlie with Spencer and Amanda. By the time the other kids arrived...I was over picture taking!

Sunday, after a wonderful morning at church. I went to the Alberico's house warming party. They have a beautiful home and we felt so welcomed there! It was also fun meeting up with the original "mother hens" Gina and Lori...and watching our kids play together...in the ice bucket mostly...

Charlie and Emma

Charlie, Emma, and Dominic at the ice buckets...Diaper babies...they were filthy after playing in the ice buckets. Then lastly...on Monday, we headed over to Andrei and Ligi's for BBQ, pool, and my favorite BOARD GAMES. Once the board games began...the pictures stopped...so this is my only photo of Charlie, Addisen, and Spencer.

Taco Taco...the music video

Okay so this little kid of mine is such a character. She's got the Vlad performance gene in her for sure---but guess who's a little camera shy?? It drives me bonkers. The minute I hit record---silence from my little entertainer!

So with some coaxing and prompting...I got a little of the Taco Taco I mentioned the other day.

Oh and pardon all the movement going on. She doesn't sit still anymore.

Taco Taco

I have no pictures to post---just something I want to capture in writing. Charlie has been saying taco for about 2 weeks. Since she's never had a taco---we knew she was trying to say something else. We listened carefully to how she used the word and we deduced that she's saying. "Thank you" It was so cute because you'd give her something and she'd say, "Taco". Well, the other day I was singing Twinkle Twinkle little star to distract her while I was changing her... and she looks back and me and starts singing..."taco taco and then the jibberish begins" So today marks the first day that my daugther picked her favorite song. Twinkle Twinkle little star...or should I say "Taco Taco al alas taddal amaad"

Then I realized Twinkle and Thank you...do sound somewhat similar so she probably was saying Thank you. Perhaps she was saying, Taco for singing taco taco alsdfalsdf (jibberish begins)

She's funny.
